What Lies Beneath

A finlandesa, TARJA TURUNEN, definiu "What Lies Beneath" como o título (ainda em trabalho, podendo sofrer mudanças) do seu novo álbum solo.

"Com 'My Winter Storm' (de 2007), eu escolhi o nome do álbum nos estágios iniciais e isso me ajudou a criar o conceito do álbum. Com este, eu decidi fazer a mesma coisa, então eu procurei por um título inspirador e todas as músicas estão de uma maneira ou outra relacionadas".
Quanto ao processo de gravação do CD, Tarja disse:
"Nos últimos meses eu tenho escrito muitas músicas para o meu novo álbum. Compor é sempre um aprendizado de experiências maravilhoso, e foi um prazer discutir música com várias pessoas diferentes.

O álbum ainda está em processo e eu tenho mais músicas em que estou trabalhando. Está soando bastante promissor. As músicas são absolutamente mais maduras, selvagens e emocionais, e elas têm um som mais meu.
A grande diferença na preparação deste novo álbum é que eu vou levar o tempo que eu preciso até as canções estarem numa forma que eu me sinta feliz. Não importa quanto tempo leve. Eu quero que seja perfeito. Sem pressa, sem pressão".
